Before you choose a plan
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can stop renewing whenever you like. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when my subscription ends?
You get 3 days to renew. After that the bot cancels its open buy orders and stops. Your coins and open sell orders stay untouched in your exchange account, and the bot starts again when you renew.
Can I get a refund?
Our refund rules are in the terms of use. If something goes wrong, write to us and we will look into it together.
Do you take a cut of my profit?
No, never. Our only income is the monthly subscription. We take no share of your profit.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Pick and pay for the new plan on the Billing page in your panel. The new plan starts at once and your remaining days are added to the new period.
