Terms of Service
These terms set out the relationship between you and Yielox. Please read them carefully before you sign up or buy a subscription.
Last updated: September 24, 2026
1. Accepting these terms
By signing up for Yielox or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
Yielox is a software service that runs a spot grid trading bot. You hold an account on a supported exchange (Nobitex today), fund your own wallet there, and add an API key with read and trade permissions to the Yielox panel. Using that key, the bot places and cancels spot buy and sell orders in your own account, following the settings you set or approve.
Yielox provides software only. We are not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or an asset manager.
3. Who can use Yielox
To use the service you must meet all of the following:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You have an active, verified exchange account in your own name, and you connect only your own account.
- You use the service only for lawful purposes and follow applicable law and the exchange's rules.
- The information you give us when you sign up is accurate and kept up to date.
4. Your responsibilities
The security of your exchange and Yielox accounts also depends on you. You agree to:
- Create your API key with read and trade permissions only, and never enable withdraw or transfer permissions.
- Keep your password, Yielox API tokens and exchange keys secret, and never share them.
- Fund your exchange wallet yourself and keep enough balance for the bot's orders.
- Revoke your key on the exchange at once and tell us if you think your account or key has been exposed.
- Not interfere with the bot, Yielox systems or the exchange, and not try to get around any limits.
5. No custody of funds
Yielox never holds your funds, never moves them to a wallet of its own and cannot withdraw from your account. All assets stay in your own exchange account, which is your and the exchange's responsibility. Yielox takes no share of your profit; its only income is the subscription fee.
6. No investment advice and no guaranteed results
Nothing in the service, including content, default settings, pair rankings, backtest results or research suggestions, is financial or investment advice. Whether you use the bot, and how much capital you commit, is your decision alone.
Yielox does not guarantee any profit or result. Crypto markets are volatile, and you may lose some or all of the capital you commit. The Risk Disclosure explains the risks in detail.
7. Subscription and billing
Using the bot requires a monthly subscription, paid in Toman through an Iranian bank payment gateway or in USDT. The price of each plan is shown before you pay.
Your subscription period starts when your payment is confirmed. To keep the service running, renew before the period ends. If automatic renewal is available and you turn it on, we will tell you before each renewal, and you can turn it off at any time.
When your subscription ends or is not renewed:
- After a 3-day grace period, the bot cancels its open buy orders and stops.
- Assets already bought and any open sell orders stay in your exchange account as they are.
- You can cancel those orders directly on the exchange, or manage the assets yourself, at any time.
- When you renew, the bot resumes with your current settings.
8. Refunds
If you change your mind within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and the bot has not yet placed any order in your account, you can ask for a full refund. Contact us by support email to request it.
In other cases, including after trading has started or on later renewals, we review refund requests case by case and fairly, especially where the service was unavailable for a significant time because of a problem on our side. Refunds go back through the original payment method where possible.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the service running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it. The following can stop or disrupt the bot:
- Exchange outages, slowdowns, rate limits or API changes.
- The exchange's requirement for an Iranian IP address, and any disruption to internet or infrastructure in Iran.
- Planned maintenance, software updates or urgent fixes.
- Events outside our reasonable control, such as power cuts, government decisions or natural disasters.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Yielox is not liable for trading losses, loss of asset value, lost profit or indirect damages caused by market movements, your decisions, the conduct or insolvency of an exchange, third-party outages, or exposure of your keys or password through your own negligence.
In any case, Yielox's total liability to you will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, such as wilful misconduct.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time, revoke your API key on the exchange and ask us to delete your account.
If you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully or put the security of the system or other users at risk, we may suspend or close your account. The bot then places no further orders, and your assets and open orders stay in your exchange account.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page, and we will tell you about important changes by email or in the panel. If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. We aim to settle any dispute first through discussion with our support team.
